Before completing this application form, you should have read the 2026/27 Applicant Guidelines to ensure you are aware of the eligibility criteria of the program.

Applicant Information & Support Workshops are available to provide you with information regarding your application and to answer any of your questions. These sessions are being held throughout February and can be booked online here: TryBooking.

Please note: these Annual Grants are for cash requests only. If you wish to apply for funding to cover the cost of hiring a Monash Council managed facility (Monash Hall) you will need to apply for this separately through the Monash Hall Subsidy stream. If you are wishing to apply for funding for another community venue not managed by Monash Council you should include this in your cash grant application, including a quote from the facility outlining the cost of hiring the space.

This application is for an Annual Grant, and you must select one of the following:

  • Small Grant: Up to $5,000
  • Medium Grant: Up to $10,000
  • Large Grant: Up to $20,000

A maximum of 2 applications can be submitted through the annual grants program to a maximum of $30,000. These applications must be applied for separately.

At least 9 choices must be selected. *The project budget must show that your organisation is contributing at least 50% of an in-kind and/or cash contribution from your organisation, otherwise it will be ineligible for a Large Grant and will be assessed as a Medium Grant, with funding awarded in line with that stream.
