2026/29 Monash Hall Subsidy

Before completing this application form, you should have read the 2026/27 Applicant Guidelines to ensure you are aware of the eligibility criteria of the program.

Applications received after the closing date will be flagged as ineligible and will not receive funding.

To apply for a grant through the Monash Community Grants & Partnerships Program you must have read the guidelines prior. This is to check your eligibility, determine if you are applying under the correct funding stream and give you the best chance to receive funding. If you have any questions or are unsure, you are able to attend one of the Applicant Information & Support Workshops. This application is for the MONASH HALLSUBSIDY.

Under this category applicants are eligible to apply for:

• Up to $15,000 in-kind Monash Hall Hire per financial year, for three years.
• It should be noted that in-kind hall hire can be applied for one or two years only.
• It should be noted that if you wish to apply for funding to cover venues that are not Council owned, such as Neighbourhood Houses or non-Council owned community facilities, such as a church hall (if there is not an appropriate Council venue available), this needs to be applied for through an annual cash grant.
